Tim Jasper
Tim is our Design Director at Rab. He’s spent time in the Scottish hills and the Alps and been lucky enough to trek in the Himalaya, South America and Africa. Used to compete in Mountain Marathons and used to spend a lot of time cycling in its various forms… the last few years seem to have squeezed out most of the time that used to be available (which is a poor excuse).

Favourite piece of Rab kit
very proud of everything the Design team create - especially Flashpoint Jacket currently - and everything that’s coming up next season!

Tim Fish
Tim is our Lowe Alpine brand director. He has a wealth of experience designing outdoor equipment for a number of international companies, specialising in packs and softgoods. Away from the office he is an avid climber, skier and cyclist. More recently his participation level has focussed mostly on what his pre-school daughter can cope with on their modified tandem!

Sarah Huskinson
Although Sarah comes from a background of managing bars she doesn’t just sit around drinking cocktails all day. She’s run the Prague, Manchester and Amsterdam Marathons and has recently discovered the joys of getting covered in mud whilst off road running... she’s even jumped out of the odd plane…but she does also enjoy a good cocktail!

He’s worked in the outdoors since the age of 16 and after leaving university came to Equip to look after intercompany sales for Norway and Canada. Most memorable moment in the outdoors
Whilst on Holiday in Croatia went sea kayaking from the old city of Dubrovnik round the island of Lockrum and back again with my 10year old son and 6 month pregnant partner. It was a challenge as my partner could hardly see as the life jacket kept riding up over the bump every time she moved her arms, the weather was sweltering. But we managed it, we may have been the last ones back but we did it, whilst others around us had to be towed in.

Owen Atkinson-Jones
Three years after leaving Whistler and still considering himself a local, Owen has an absolute passion for the outdoors, specifically skiing, mountain biking and homebrew fuelled frisbee golf. Quite competitive yet in reality fairly average, Owen grew up in Manchester, spending many a weekend away in the Lakes, North Wales and The Peak District. Currently living in Sheffield, Owen is aiming to complete the 2016 UK Mountain Biking Enduro series whilst trying to hide his growing passion for the more Lycra clad forms of cycling!
